10k day
Happy 10k day to me!
What's 10k day? It's the day when you've been alive for exactly 10,000 days! It happens a little over 4 months after your 27th birthday. Mine happens to be today, October 20th. What's the signficance? Nothing really, but it's kind of interesting. It could be a way of looking at roughly the first third of your life (20,000 days occurs when one is 54, and 30,000 occurs when one is 82). It's also interesting that it's almost a perfect divider between generations.
Anyway, I'm not going to recount every detail of the first 10,000 days, nor state my goals for the next 10,000. I will, however, raise my proverbial glass and give a toast to the first 10,000 days and the many more to follow. :)
