Turkey & Coldplay
Wow, Thursday already?
This has been a pretty good week. At work yesterday they had a Thanksgiving dinner with the usual fixin's. I wasn't sure what it was for, but they had us write down our name and extension for some drawing. Anyway, I got a call today and I won a free turkey. Work's been keeping me at the appropriate state of busy-ness: enough work to make the day go by fast, but not enough to be stressed.
Found out that Coldplay will be playing here in Cleveland, but they're playing on a Monday! Terrible! I would love to go see them, but I don't know that I would go on a Monday for it. Tickets go on sale this weekend. Maybe I'll try to win some [I know at least one radio station giving them away]
Talked a bit with Lesley this week - we'll be going out for lunch and then some ice skating this weekend, so that'll be fun, assuming neither of us injure ourselves. :) Afterwards I hope to watch Penn State clobber Michigan State. So it should be a very good weekend.
What's with the weather? It got so cold [right now it's 24*F]. At least I haven't had to scrape off any snow yet.
Sidenote: I'm really hooked on the song "Soul Meets Body" right now. I've listened to it like 5 times tonight.
